Like it or not, people judge a book by it's cover and in this day and age, that cover is your website. In order to turn that viewer into a customer, your site needs to load rapidly, be easy to read, scale to various screen sizes and quickly convey your value proposition to that potential customer during that brief period of time you have their attention.

Over the years, I've spoken with many small business owners and have found that the high up-front costs of building a website and the hassle of maintaining it have been the primary deterrents for many business's establishing a website. I realized I could give back to some of my favorite local businesses by using my industry experience and knowledge to provide a simple, personalized, cost efficient service. There will be a one time fee of only $500 for the design and construction of your site. (You're not reading that wrong) Unlike many other services available that charge thousands of dollars for the design, build and support of your site, with us you will never pay more than $500 for your initual build! Please note that this is not due until after we agree on a go-live date and your website is live.

An additional fee may apply for the initial build and setup of your site but all those costs will clearly be explained and provided to you before you have to spend a cent on your site!

Our Process

Step 1 - Consult

First and foremost, we need to understand your business. We'll schedule a virtual meeting with you to understand what you're looking to achieve and discuss how we can help you get there. Every business has a unique look and feel and we believe that your website should reflect that! Based on the type of business, you may also have different needs. Maybe your menu changes frequently or you have seasonal specials that you run for a limited time. Whatever your need is, we're here to support. If you're not sure what you want, that's OK too - we'd love to help! During this time, we will also discuss the pricing options so there are no surprises as we move forward.

Step 2 - Demo

After the consultation, we will get to work to build your perfect website. We'll provide you an estimated date of completion (typically within 2 weeks) and will be in contact with you throughout the process. In the event that you change your mind and want to make some changes, just let us know and we'll make sure to have them done for your demo. Once the initial site is created, we'll email you with a link to the site where you can test drive it for a couple weeks and make sure it lives up to your expectations.

Step 3 - Fine Tune

During your 2 week trial period, document any changes or modifications you would like to see made (ex: change the image of your store, add a contact-us page, modify some wording, etc.) and send them on over to us. We'll make the adjustments on our end and let you know as soon as they are ready. At the conclusion of your trial period, we'll ensure that you are satisfied with the final product prior to discussing pricing, a domain name (what customers will search for to find your site), a go-live date and our promise to you.

Step 4 - Go Live & Support

On your go-live date, your website will officially be live at the domain name of your choosing. At this point, the link to your website can be provided to customers on Facebook, Google Businesses or any other social media platforms your business leverages to reach your customers.

Depending on your business, you may find the need for the content on your website to change. Whether you close for the winter, make frequent updates to your menu, want to highlight photos of a recent community event or want to make an announcement to your customers, we're here to support your unique needs.
